Rates
$200 – Intake (90 Minute Session)
$175 – Follow up (50 Minutes Session)
Insurance
Out-of-Network– If your insurance will be covering all or part of the expenses for services rendered, reimbursement for fees must be arranged by you through your provider/insurance company. You are responsible for the full payment of your account and you will await reimbursement from your insurance company. I can provide documentation required for this purpose.
If you are In-Network CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield or other Blue Cross Blue Shield Companies (e.g. Anthem), or Aetna, the applicable co-pay will be due at the time of each session. You should speak with your provider about any co-pays or deductibles that you may have before the beginning of the session so that you are clear of what your plan covers. Any portion of the session bill that cannot be collected from the insurance company is the responsibility of the patient. Blue Cross Blue Shield/Care First Blue Cross Blue Shield is the only insurance I accept at this time.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Payment
Payment is accepted in the form of cash, or by credit/debit card with a VISA, MasterCard, American Express, of Discover logo. Payment is due at the time of the session. Payment can be received via debit/credit card directly on the telehealth platform.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for 50% of the full fee.
